Delivery times:
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.
Market Maker Music undertakes to make its best efforts to ensure that the Products ordered are delivered within the timeframe indicated when the order is placed, depending on supply and transport possibilities and in the order in which the orders are received.
However, except in cases of force majeure or for reasons attributable to the Customer, in the event of late delivery, you may, in accordance with the conditions set out in the French Consumer Code, suspend your obligation to pay or terminate the sale if, after having given Market Maker Music formal notice to perform within a reasonable additional period of time, by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt, the latter has not performed within this period. All sums paid will then be returned to you within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from the cancellation of the order.
Terms of delivery :
In the event that delivery is not possible due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you alone shall bear all the consequences, so that Market Maker Music may bill the administrative and transport costs associated with the return and/or reshipment of the order.
If you are absent, the Seller reserves the right to charge you for the cost of the subsequent delivery. If you are not present at the time of the second delivery, you may be required to collect the goods from the warehouse indicated by the carrier within a reasonable time.
In the event of a specific request concerning the conditions of packaging or transport of the Products, duly accepted in writing by Market Maker Music, the associated costs shall be subject to specific additional invoicing, based on a quotation previously accepted in writing.
Damage or missing items upon delivery: Delivery is deemed to have taken place upon receipt of the Products ordered by the Customer. The quantity and description of the Products delivered are those mentioned on the order confirmation received by the Customer. Upon delivery, the Customer, or any person acting in his name and on his behalf, is required to check the condition and conformity of the Products delivered. The Customer shall inform the Seller as soon as possible if any defects are found upon receipt of the goods. Refusal to accept the goods, in the absence of specific reservations on the delivery slip, shall be considered as a cancellation of the Sale.
Delivery methods:
When placing your order, you will be able to choose from different delivery methods depending on the size of the package and the delivery address.
Delivery costs, expressed in Euros and inclusive of all taxes, shall be borne by you depending on the delivery method chosen.
The Products are delivered exclusively in mainland France and therefore only comply with the regulations applicable in mainland France. Barring special circumstances or the unavailability of one or more Products, the Products ordered are delivered in a single shipment. Deliveries may be made by an independent carrier. The delivery rates are specified when the order is placed.
