Exchanges and returns
In accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale and the articles of the French Consumer Code, you may withdraw from the contract without having to provide a reason within a period of fourteen (14) days.
The cost of returning the Products shall be borne you. If, due to its nature, the Product cannot be returned normally by post, the applicable costs can be consulted in the Terms and Conditions of Sale.
You may exercise your right of withdrawal online, using the withdrawal form available in Annexe 1 of the Terms and Conditions of Sale. In this case, an acknowledgement of receipt on a durable medium shall be sent immediately to you
You may also withdraw by any other means, provided that it is unambiguous and expresses your wish to withdraw..
Returned Products must be suitable for resale and must therefore be returned in their new and complete condition and in their original packaging.
